International Waterside Convention Complex

The DCC is located within Daejeon Expo Science Park, which served as the venue of the Daejeon Expo in 1993. The park, located along the northern bank of Gapcheon Stream, was reborn as an international waterside convention complex that accommodates conferences, shopping, cultural activities, science experiences, and relaxation. Centered around the DCC, the complex includes a variety of accommodation, shopping, cultural, and performance facilities, such as LOTTE City Hotel Daejeon, Hotel Onoma (Marriot), Daejeon Shinsegae Art & Science Department Store, Daejeon Arts Center, Daejeon Yeonjeong Korean Traditional Music Center, Daejeon Museum of Art, and the Lee Ungno Museum. Across the Gapcheon Stream from the park are more attractions, including the Hanbat Arboretum and the Daejeon Natural Heritage Center, with the National Science Museum also located just a 20-minute walk away.
