Presenter Registration Requirement

To confirm a presentation in the conference program, at least one author of each accepted submission must register and complete payment by the Early Bird deadline (May 18, 2026).

Student Rates

Student rates are available to all colleagues who are currently enrolled and have not yet received their PhD/Doctorate. Proof of current student status (e.g., enrollment certificate or student ID) is required upon registration.

Developing Countries & Least Developed Countries

Participants affiliated with institutions in Developing Countries (DCs) are eligible for a reduced registration rate. Eligibility is based on the participant’s affiliated institution, not nationality. For reference, please consult the World Bank country classifications by income level, with registrants based in countries listed as Low-Income Economies or Lower-Middle Income Economies being eligible for the DC rate.

Participants affiliated with institutions in Least Developed Countries (LDCs), as defined by the UN, may be eligible for a fee waiver. If you wish to apply for the LDC waiver rate, please do not proceed with the standard registration. Instead, contact us directly at kadh2026@gmail.com with your proof of affiliation to receive personalized registration instructions.

Virtual Attendance

An online participation option is available for those who cannot join us in person. Online participants can watch all sessions and interact with presenters through the conference platform.

Visa Invitation Letter

Participants who require an official invitation letter for a South Korean visa should first complete their conference registration and payment. After registering, you will be able to generate and print an invitation letter through the ConfTool system.

Payment Methods

The available payment options are PayPal and bank transfer (wire transfer). Details are provided on the ConfTool registration form.

Please ensure that all bank transfer fees (including intermediary bank fees) are covered by the sender. Registration is confirmed only after the full amount is received.

There will be no option for onsite registration or payment at the venue.

This section is provided for participants residing in Korea, as PayPal USD transactions between Korean accounts are not permitted under South Korean foreign exchange regulations.
