Hotel Reservation
The DH2026 Local Organizing Committee has partnered with the Daejeon Convention Bureau to offer hotel reservations for conference delegates through an official booking platform. Rooms at negotiated rates are limited and may sell out early — we highly recommend booking as soon as possible.
Why Book Through This Platform?
You are welcome to arrange your own accommodation independently. However, we recommend using the official booking portal above, which allows you to easily browse a curated selection of hotels near the Daejeon Convention Center at negotiated conference rates. The platform also provides information on nearby restaurants, helping you plan your stay more conveniently. By booking through this platform, you will also have access to the following support services:
- Split Payment Support: Split the total cost across multiple cards (e.g., personal + corporate).
- Flexible Payment Method: Change your payment card anytime before check-out (online payments only).
- Guest Management: Enter the names of all staying guests, up to the maximum room occupancy.
- Self-Service Documentation: Print your Booking Confirmation and Credit Card Receipt for reimbursement directly via the [My Booking] menu.
Conference Dates: July 27–31, 2026 (Pre-conference July 27–28; Main conference July 29–31; Reception July 28)

Accommodation Map Around the Venue
DH2026 participants visiting Daejeon will have full access to a wide range of high-quality hotels to suit their budget. More than 10,000 rooms are available in more than 30 hotels near the Daejeon Convention Center (DCC). There are over 600 rooms available at 4 hotels within a 5–10 min walk of the DCC and over 10,800 rooms at 38 hotels within a 15-min drive of the DCC. The projected room rates are $60–80 USD/night for two-star hotels, $100–150 USD/night for three- and four-star hotels, and $120–150 USD/night for five-star hotels, depending on the room type. We hope that these competitive rates will allow DH2026 attendees to stay in Daejeon with lower travel and accommodation expenses. Local organizers are also working with the DCC to negotiate the best rates for a wide range of accommodation types for all delegates.
Nearby hotels are clustered in three main neighborhoods: the DCC area (10 min by foot, 0.5 km), the Dunsan area (5 min by car, 2.5 km), and the Yuseong area (15 min by car, 4.5 km). Local organizers will consider arranging shuttle buses to and from the Dunsan and Yuseong neighborhoods if there is enough demand.
