Registration & Payment Deadlines
To register at the Standard rate, both your registration and payment must be completed by the deadlines below. There is no onsite registration, and your registration is confirmed only after the full amount has been received.
- In-Person: 23:00 AoE, 6 July 2026
- Virtual: 23:00 AoE, 17 July 2026
All deadlines are given in Anywhere on Earth (AoE, UTC−12).
